Job Description
NM DMO (New Mexico Disaggregated Manufacturing Organization) will play an important role in Intel's recently announced IDM 2.0 strategy to meet the accelerating global demand for semiconductors. NM DMO has a unique charter. The NM site is the first " top wafers in - stacked die out" advanced packaging site covering all operations between fab and assembly. NM DMO is seeking a Module Group Leader (MGL) for the NM DMO site, Centralized Module Support (CMS) organization. The CMS organization is responsible for sustaining, ramping, qualification, and development of equipment, media, and systems aligned with silicon starts/shipping and test wafers.
The CMS MGL will manage a team of engineers to start up (Install and Qual), ramp, sustain and develop tools and processes in one or more processes including Silicon Photonics, EMIB, and Foveros. This includes all control points for safety, quality, velocity, cost, people, and new technology ramp deliverables. The MGL will be a key contributing member of the area team that drives 168-hour improvement, alignment, and results. Responsibilities include maintaining tool availability and performance, cost, and improving the manufacturability of all new technology processes, and developing and maintaining business processes to support foundry and new business introductions on the site. The candidate will be expected to role model the factory's guiding principles and reinforce them with their team.

Full time onsite required during training, estimated 6 months. After training: hybrid "work from home" to be defined by manager and employee but continued onsite will be required.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a bachelor's or a higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science Engineering, or related technical degree with 3+ years experience as a process engineer and 1+ years experience as a manager.OR candidate must have at least 10 years of experience as a process engineer with 5 years minimum of manager experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in one or more factory modules including Thin Films, Lithography, Metrology, Etch, Implant, Diffusion, CMP, IQ.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
