　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　The EEG Technician demonstrates knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the age of the patients. This role performs and analyzes a variety of EEG Tests, is involved in the Quality Improvement process, promotes customer service, and charge input.

　　You will administer all applicable EEG test to patient population

　　You will conduct periodic audits of patient records compliant with policies and procedures.

　　In this role, you will recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.

　　You must complete data entry for assigned areas/tasks and maintain data integrity.

　　Your role maintains EEG, EMG records and reports from database.

　　What qualifications you will need:

　　Experience in a Neurodiagnostic department or a graduate of an approved EEG program is preferred

　　Interpersonal skills to successfully interact with Patients, Physicians and Employees

　　Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
