Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Network Administrator to manage and maintain our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with TCP/IP, network monitoring, and route switching. The Network Administrator will ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the network systems that support core organizational functions

Design, configure, and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation and minimal downtime.

Implement and manage TCP/IP network configurations and services.

Conduct regular network performance tuning and capacity planning.

Develop and enforce network policies and procedures to ensure security and reliability.

Monitor network traffic, identify bottlenecks, and optimize network performance.

Maintain accurate network documentation and inventory records.

Collaborate with the IT team to support and integrate network solutions.

Respond to and resolve network-related incidents and service requests.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in network administration

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role.

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and network services.

Experience with network monitoring tools and techniques.

Proficiency in route switching and configuring routers and switches.

Familiarity with network security practices and protocols.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
