　　Hourly Rate: $34.16 - $39.11

　　HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT:

　　The CNC Wire EDM Programmer/Operator will work in a team environment and develop CNC programs and processes for equipment and tooling components utilizing CNC controlled equipment & related software.

　　THE DETAILS:

　　Run production on CNC Wire EDM machines

　　Follow Safety procedures

　　Load and unload material & tooling, run parts to production schedule,Start up and shut down procedures

　　Report on SAP

　　Set-up CNC Wire EDM machines

　　Download programs

　　Determine and retrieve materials to be used

　　Override feed rates, and tool positions using G and M codes

　　Change tooling, remove and replace wire spools

　　Perform routine maintenance , c heck oil/coolant levels, clean interior and exterior surfaces

　　Troubleshoot programs for CNC Wire EDM machines

　　Evaluate complex problems and determine causes and possible solutions, adjust program as necessary to ensure conforming product

　　SAP Transactions - data & labor entry

　　QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

　　High School Diploma required

　　5 years of experience with setup and knowledge on CNC Wire EDM machines

　　Understanding of G&M code and manual CNC programming

　　Read and interpret blueprints utilizing GD&T a plus

　　Program manually or use Espirit computer aided software

　　Machine shop math and ability to work with close tolerances and super precision inspection equipment

　　Complete work with a limited degree of supervision. Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience

　　Able to complete responsibilities in a timely, professional and quality manner

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

　　Availability - must be available to work other shifts if needed
