　　The Network Administrator will be responsible for providing systems, network and other IT support for the company. You will also be responsible for service desk support, troubleshooting and maintaining LAN/WAN infrastructure, and maintaining systems including AD, Azure, Office 365, Web servers, Backups, and Database servers.

　　responsibilities:

　　Maintains and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure environment.

　　Administers Azure AD, ADFS, and Office 365 tenant.

　　Service desk support for on-site and remote users.

　　Provides application support to end-users including Windows 10, MS Office, Teams, SAP client, etc.

　　Responsible for server and application alerts and performances.

　　Administers, maintains and troubleshoot servers and applications issues.

　　Maintains daily, monthly, yearly, and off-site backups for all servers.

　　Creates and maintains complete hardware and software inventory of all printers, laptops, desktops, servers, switches, routers, UPS, cell phones, etc.

　　Installs new software releases, system upgrades, evaluations and installs patches using SCCM and Intune.

　　Creates and maintains procedures, standards, architect diagrams, and other relevant documents.

　　Monitors logs using security tools for cyber security threats.

　　Pro-actively monitors WAN and Internet connectivity and immediately reports any problems to appropriate carrier ISP and IT Lead.

　　Update and maintain company websites using various software.

　　Provide emergency on call support

　　Experience level: Experienced

　　Minimum 5 years of experience

　　Education: Bachelors (required)
