Kforce is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Netsuite ERP Consultant in the Bergen County area. As a Netsuite Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance in the implementation and optimization of the Netsuite ERP platform across our enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the Netsuite platform and its various modules, with a focus on financials, accounting, HR, CRM, warehouse management, and other ERP functionalities.Responsibilities:

　　Collaborate with the internal client team and external implementation team to ensure successful Netsuite ERP implementation within scope, on time, and within budget

　　Conduct thorough analysis of the client's business processes and requirements, and provide recommendations for Netsuite configuration and customization to meet those needs

　　Assist in the design, development, and deployment of Netsuite solutions, including system configuration, data migration, integration, and reporting

　　Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and system errors, working closely with the IT team and Netsuite support as needed

　　Work closely with stakeholders to understand their goals and requirements, and provide strategic recommendations for leveraging Netsuite ERP to drive operational efficiency and data visibility

　　Assist in the upgrade of the current ERP system to a centralized database that seamlessly communicates with other systems used for operations management

　　Ensure easy and relevant access to real-time sales, vendor, product, and customer data, promoting a "one version of the truth" approach

　　Streamline data flow and eliminate unnecessary middleware programs, as defined by the IT team

　　Improve overall operational efficiency by reducing manual data entry, eliminating cumbersome route reconciliation processes, and enhancing the speed of operations

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

　　Proven experience as a Netsuite Consultant or Netsuite Administrator, with a strong understanding of Netsuite ERP platform and its various modules

　　Familiarity with financials, accounting, HR, CRM, warehouse management, and other ERP functionalities within Netsuite

　　Industry experience in the food and beverage or wholesale distribution sectors is preferred

　　Excellent technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and provide innovative solutions

　　Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

　　Prior experience in ERP implementation projects, including system configuration, data migration, integration, and reporting

　　Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

　　We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
