  Position Summary

We enable our customers to evolve, compete, andsucceed, leveraging our software franchises for and across data,automation, insight, and collaboration.The NetScaler Product Technology Specialist (NetScaler-PTS) has anopportunity to interact with customers through the entire lifecycle of oursolution. This engagement during the pre-sales cycle and follows the customerjourney throughout license duration identifying solutions to satisfy businessneeds while utilizing customer license entitlements. Our technology suitespans private and public clouds, allowing customers to achieve higheravailability while leveraging trusted, secure solutions. In this role, youwill participate with Enterprise account teams and customers with a wellestablished industry technology, NetScaler!This role is remote, with travel opportunities to customers andindustry-related events while interacting with a broader team of AccountExecutives, Account Technology Specialists, and Enterprise Architects.

  Primary Duties/Responsibilities

  Discuss/Identify appropriate NetScaler (Application Delivery Controller)related solutions tailored to client requirements.

  Identify/Engage with stakeholders to assess business needs and recommendsuitable NetScaler architectures.

  Collaborate with account teams to provide technical expertise during clientengagements.

  Explain enhanced values of leveraging NetScaler as part of the overall Citrixsolution, including the defense in depth approach, improved observabilityleveraging automation tools, and reference architecture functions to improvethe general availability of Citrix farm.

  Decipher complicated technical situations with customers while focusing on thebusiness value.

  Develop/maintain relationships with technical resources at all levels of acustomer organization.

  Articulate the value proposition around NetScaler with customers throughwhiteboards, slides, etc.

  Mentor newer employees as part of onboarding recruits.Basic Qualifications:

  Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience

  5+ years of pre-sales experience in hardware/software technology, with arecord of success in driving customer adoption of technology

  Must reside in the geographic area, travel to customer locations, andattend corporate meetings as appropriate.

  Hands-on experience in either NetScaler or competitive landscape products. Abackground in Citrix Virtual Applications and Desktops is a plus.

  Solid understanding of OSI Layers, including dynamic routing protocolsand/or equivalent certification(s) (i.e., CCNP, etc.)

  Solid understanding of Internet standard protocols, including HTTP,HTTPS/SSL, and DNS.

  Basic understanding of security solutions and how they align with OSIstack.Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualificationsincluding job-related education, training, experience, licensure, andcertification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certainroles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, andsales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role aswell as individual performance. NYC generally ranges; $1-$50,000,000CA generally ranges; $162,528-$180,587 All other locations fallunder our General State range; $135,440-$150,489 Benefits may varydepending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and thecountry where you work.
