Job Summary/Description:Western Mass News (ABC 40, CBS3, Fox6) is seeking an organized,resourceful, detail-oriented individual to provide administrativesupport to the national sales desk. Qualified candidate must be able toassist with all aspects of national television sales to help achievemaximum bookings. Successful candidate should have a positive attitude,excellent time management, and organizational and communication skillscombined with proven skills with Microsoft Office products.Duties/Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): - Providespot placement reports to agencies - Assist with Rate request reports -Assist with reconciliation/post-analysis of advertising buys - Accuratedata entry of all national sales contracts. - Confirmation of allnational sales contracts. - Assist with all political advertisingcontracts. - Provide support to Sales Management and Sales Team orderentry in the WideOrbit Connect system. - Daily maintenance of allnational contract revisions, additions, and cancellations. - Dailymakegood and preemption reconciliation. - Daily management of makegoodoffers. - Local and network program change notifications. - Research ofcredit requests or contract discrepancies. - Daily traffic and copymaintenance of national sales contracts. - Work with the local salesteam to implement and maintain digital advertising campaign elements. -Other responsibilities as assigned.
