JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: The National Account Executive (NAE) is ahighly motivated professional with at least 5 years of successfulexperience interfacing directly with larger more complex clientspreferably in healthcare, to manage existing PBM clients and at leastthree years of staff management experience. The position is responsiblefor the co-development of long-term account strategy for the Clientsassigned to the team they support. Working with subject matter experts,the NAE will be responsible for supporting \"up sell\" and expansionopportunities and communicating these opportunities appropriately to theinternal team members to be incorporated into the annual strategicbusiness plan. The NAE will be responsible for supporting their team inclient retention, achieving corporate strategic goals relative to clientbase and overall customer satisfaction, including solving customerissues relative to their contracts and reporting. This position willrequire the ability to communicate across multiple organization levelsand the ability to lead projects is required. Additionally, the NAE willbe responsible for direct management of the Sr. Client ServicesExecutives (SCSE) and Client Service Executives (CSE) assigned to themalong with supporting the management of the coordinators reporting upthrough the SCSEs. This includes mentoring, providing guidance,training, performance reviews, managing PTO and other such managerialtasks. This position will also provide support to the team throughparticipation in all strategic client VALUE Summary and StrategicBusiness Plan meetings and other client meetings as required. Inaddition, this position will participate in Sales finalist meetings andprovide Sales support as necessary. Job Duties Include: Manage andsupport the team of SCSEs, CSEs, SCSCs and CSCs assigned to them Supportthe creation and presentation of data for Strategic Business Plans,VALUE Summaries, and Performance Standard reports Provide support andguidance if Performance Guarantees are not met, including how to best toresolve, creating corrective action plans and communicatingappropriately to the client Manage Clients at a strategic level,including renewals, contract negotiations, new business support, etc.Up-sell programs Identify and present Client opportunities to improvecosts, service and health Committee involvement Lead or support internaldepartment and corporate projects Responsible for reporting team metricsAssist with budget management Responsible for team members achievinggoals: team and personal Assist with creating and developing strategicdirection for the Client Services team Provide on-going formal trainingto team members Manage hiring, on-boarding, and termination processesfor their team members Travel to Client sites Support Sales...
