　　Responsibilities

　　The primary responsibilities for this position are working with computer design drawings, engineering specifications, and verbal instructions to fabricate, machine, weld, assemble, and rework a variety of prototype components, lab fixtures, and test vehicles. A successful candidate will enter into a comprehensive four-year training program consisting of on-the-job training and related home study courses.

　　Qualifications

　　Successful candidates will possess the following:Proven mechanical background and abilityDesire to develop highly skilled shop practices in facbrication, welding, and assembly.Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools and techniques.Experienced with personal computers using MS Office.Ability to communicate and work with a wide range of individuals including design, test and analysis.Must be a motivated self-starter and be able to work independently or in a team environmentDesired:Two-year Trade School Degree with emphasis in Manufacturing, Fabrication, Machining, Welding, Drafting, CAD or AutomotiveOR 3-5 years machining, fabrication or assembly experience in a manufacturing and/or prototype shop environmentBlue print and Geometrical Dimensioning knowledge and understandingAbility to lead or facilitate teams through prototype builds.In addition to great starting wages, CNH Industrial also offers our Employees:Medical, dental and vision benefitsRetirement planTuition reimbursementPaid Time Off
