  The Service Operations Manager position is located in US-Orlando, FL.

  Relocation will not be offered for this role.

  Responsibilities:

  This role would report to the Head of NA Operations, but support all of NA Operations on several operational administrative support tasks to include:

  Developing SharePoint and Updating Share Points Sites.

  Develop office-based initiatives to improve our employee engagement survey for Orlando based employees.

  Supporting the NA leadership team with ad hoc administrative tasks.

  Support the training center with their new hire orientation program.

  Lead setting up leadership and other type events throughout the year to support NA Ops strategy.

  Support in several various ad hoc requests based upon business needs.

  Be able to present/train in front of others on key administrative and other topics.

  This role is office based with an expectation of 5 days a week in the office.

  The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task take limited direction and perform tasks on their own.

  Travel involved upto 10%.

  Required Knowledge/ Skills, Education, and Experience:

  High School Diploma along with 2 years of experience in admin position.

  Technical support providing solutions for not found, absent and incorrect documentation

  Distribution tools (SharePoint, Fluix and SEFE) operation and support Seal path encryption and distribution

  Continuous improvement of documentation distribution, usage and control.

  Realizes the functional concept of solutions in a project by technical detailed solutions.

  Help documentation team for creating draft documents by providing technical/quality/safety inputs

  Should be extremely organized with respect to documentation and should be able to access the same asap.

  Preferred Knowledge/ Skills, Education, and Experience

  Diploma with on experience as a Technical Writer and Handling Documentation development.

  Requires great verbal and written communication skills, customer service driven, professional and positive attitude all the time

  Required bilingual English ( Mandatory )
