Your responsibilities will be to:
Prepare and submit required reportsAccurately and timely coordinate the preparation of materialsDevelop and implement a personal plan which sets goals forprofessional developmentDeliver exceptional service in all client interactions and projectsCommunicate effectively, both internally and to clients, includingthose at an executive levelProvide coaching and mentoring to junior level staffWork with MS Project/Excel, SQL Server, Tableau, PowerBI and variousdatabase platforms in support of complex pricing analyses andinvestigationsInteract directly with Partners and leadership on client andengagement managementQualifications
BS in Accounting or Finance Advanced Degree highly desiredCPA or ability to sit for the CPA highly desired.Three (3) plus years of related experience in professionalservices/or industryUnderstanding of general GAAP and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)and FARDemonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational,interpersonal, communication skills and solid Microsoft Officeskills requiredAbility to provide exceptional client service, demonstrate drive forcontinuous learning, display appropriate ethical knowledge andexhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timelycompletion of dutiesThe ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a teamenvironment with all levels of client personnel in variousindustriesMaintains high level of detail orientationExcellent written/verbal communications and collaboration skillsAbility to travel as needed for clients and work non-traditionalwork hours due to client demandsAdditional Information
For California, Colorado, New York and Washington: The compensationrange for this role is \$72,180 to \$124,660. Actual compensation isinfluenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills,experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
