　　Sign On Bonus

　　Pay: $37.17 / hour overtime after 40 hours - after 90 days, increase to $37.92 / hour - after 180 days, increase to $38.67 / hour

　　Sign On Bonus: $2500 payable after 90 days of employment

　　Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00 am - 2:00 pm or 6:00 am - 3:00 pm. 1st shift. Day Shift

　　We are currently seeking Full-time Maintenance Mechanics for our manufacturing/bottling facility to maintain, fix, and improve equipment used in bottling and packaging operations

　　Responsiblities include but are not limited to:

　　Perform maintenance tasks to include repairing and improving, from minor rebuilds to major overhauls on all equipment.

　　Dismantle, clean, repair, and test electrical, electronic, and mechanical components to determine component-level failure

　　Support equipment installations, retrofits and upgrades to include vendors and contractors

　　Maintain preventative maintenance logs and accurate records of all testing and repairs

　　Identify all potential mechanical and electrical issues with equipment throughout the plant

　　Troubleshoot/ investigate and repair all mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and utility systems including chillers, air compressors etc.

　　Qualifications

　　Key qualifications include but are not limited to:

　　Three or more years proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

　　Strong technical knowledge of compressed air systems (pneumatics), electrical

　　systems, hydraulics and water processing is preferred

　　Preventive maintenance, mechanical and electrical repair, troubleshooting using a data driven systematic approach, rebuilding equipment, lifting, rigging, lubrication.

　　Successfully demonstrates strong mechanical abilities

　　Must have electrical knowledge of single and three phase power including the ability to diagnose and replace electric motors

　　Ability to do physical inspections, (i.e. climbing, reaching, extending)

　　Proficient with mechanical drawings and OEM technical prints for parts identification

　　Candidates must be flexible to support Business needs, able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime; and to be able to work (On Call) in emergency situations.
