In order to be considered for ourMunicipal Engineer/Business Development position, we are consideringcandidates that meet the following minimum qualifications: Bachelor\'sdegree in Civil Engineering. A minimum of 8 years of design experiencein municipal engineering, roads, drainage, utilities and paving andexperience developing and managing a technical market or businessdevelopment, along with selling technical services to Municipalities,Government Agencies, Transportation Departments and Water Utilities.Licensed Professional Engineer (PE). Success in business developmentplanning including developing strategic business plans, marketingactivities, client development, presentation experience and proposaldevelopment. Technical project management experience. Civil 3D softwareexperience preferred. Responsibilities include: Project oversightincluding setting priorities and developing objectives, projectfinancial management, as well as hands-on involvement in the designprocess. The ability to serve as a technical resource for amulti-disciplined team. Job duties include project engineering andmanagement. Client management, including abilities to make fluentpresentations, contract negotiations and client development activities.Good communication skills and a proven track record in successfullyinteracting with clients and collaborating with internal team members isnecessary. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-pacedmulti-discipline environment.
