Description Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking a Property Accountant. This Property Accountant will have experience in accounting and property management, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and property-specific systems. This is the role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced work environment that requires the ability to balance multiple responsibilities.

　　Responsibilities

　　Support management reporting by preparing monthly balance sheet and income statement analyses

　　Analyze and coordinating a variety of financial data and reporting it in a clear, useful manner

　　Support the implementation, maintenance and adherence to internal controls

　　Prepare financial statements and reporting packages

　　Create complex account reconciliations and journal entries

　　Maintain payment schedules, including capital lease

　　Support reconciliation, depreciation and fixed-asset ledger Requirements - Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or a related field is required

　　Previous experience in accounting, real estate accounting, or property accounting preferred

　　Multi-Entity or Multi-Location Accounting preferred

　　Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills

　　Experience with industry specific accounting software
