　　As a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor Sr you will be responsible for:

　　• Manage 20 plus represented employee's.

　　• Responsible for cost, schedule and quality performance.

　　• Responsible for employee training compliance and discipline.

　　• Attends daily meetings.

　　• Communicates daily goals to employee's.

　　• Verifies employee time and labor input, daily.

　　• Assigns daily task and sets expectations to employee's.

　　• Executes and adheres to all company policies and procedures including safety and culture of accountability.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　• Previous leadership experience.

　　• Production manufacturing experience.

　　Desired Skills:

　　• Experienced in leading in a union environment.

　　• Experienced in Shop Floor Manager, QADS and Auto Time.

　　• Experienced in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

　　• Knowledge of ISO90001, process and audit preparedness.

　　• Experience in lean manufacturing concepts, 6S, tool control and a proven history of cost reduction.

　　• Previous experience in a machining environment using manual and or N/C controlled machines and systems.

　　• Effectively communicate in a group setting as a leader.

　　• Must have good constraint resolution skills.

　　• Must have motivational skills with the ability to energize the team.

　　• Must have the ability to build strong working relationships.

　　• Must be able to lead a team to success by achieving departmental and company goals.

　　Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

　　Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

　　Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
