　　Core Responsibilities (Mô tả công việc)

　　Support mould test process after mould repair Hỗ trợ quá trình kiểm tra khuôn sau khi sửa chữa.

　　Support the TPM job of test machine in test room. Hỗ trợ công việc TPM của máy kiểm tra trong phòng kiểm tra.

　　Support moulding test requirement from the relative department in test machine. Hỗ trợ yêu cầu kiểm tra khuôn từ các bộ phận liên quan khi chạy thử

　　Support the new injection machine ramp up in production. Hỗ trợ quá trình đưa máy ép nhựa mới vào hoạt động sản xuất.

　　Support the new mould ramp up in production. Hỗ trợ quá trình đưa khuôn mới vào hoạt động sản xuất

　　Support the color C/O and mould C/O in production area. Hỗ trợ quá trình chuyển đổi màu và khuôn trong khu vực sản xuất.

　　Support the TPM job in production area. Hỗ trợ công việc TPM trong khu vực sản xuất.

　　Support the material handler job in production area. Hỗ trợ công việc xử lý nguyên vật liệu trong khu vực sản xuất.

　　Participate the continuous improvement in production. Tham gia vào quá trình cải tiến liên tục trong sản xuất.

　　Work safety by not causing unsafety conditions or doing unsafe acts. Đảm bảo an toàn lao động, không gây ra tình trạng mất an toàn hoặc thực hiện các hành động không an toàn.

　　Ensure that 5S in working area is maintained. Đảm bảo nguyên tắc 5S được duy trì trong khu vực làm việc.

　　Accomplish other tasks assigned by manager. Hoàn thành các công việc khác được giao bởi cấp trên.

　　Do you have what it takes? (Yêu cầu công việc)

　　Intensive and deep knowledge in mould structure and maintenance; familiar working in plastic injection industry, a solid experience and expertise within the functional area. Có kiến thức chuyên sâu về cấu trúc và bảo trì khuôn; đã từng làm việc trong lĩnh vực ép nhựa, có kinh nghiệm và kiến thức chuyên môn vững chắc trong ngành.

　　And is capable of transforming this knowledge and experience into results through solid trainer skills and behavior. Có khả năng áp dụng kiến thức và kinh nghiệm thành kết quả thông qua quá trình đào tạo chuyên sâu về kỹ năng và hành vi của người đào tạo.

　　Mechanical engineering or similar- Intermediate and above Trung cấp trở lên chuyên ngành: Kỹ thuật cơ khí hoặc tương đương.

　　1-3 years of experience in plastic injection industry, combined with experience with learning and training activities. Có 1 đến 3 năm kinh nghiệm hoặc công việc tương tự trong lĩnh vực ép nhựa, kết hợp kinh nghiệm với các hoạt động đào tạo.

　　Experience as Local Job Trainer Có kinh nghiệm đào tạo nội bộ.

　　Cultural understanding Có sự hiểu biết về văn hóa.

　　Soft skills (communication, feedbacks, organization, systematic approach Kỹ năng mềm (giao tiếp, phản hồi, tổ chức, tiếp cận có hệ thống)

　　Process thinking Kỹ năng tư duy

　　IT common user level Kỹ năng vi tính cơ bản

　　Traveling (occasionally, based on business needs) Đi công tác (thỉnh thoảng, theo nhu cầu công việc)

　　Time flexibility (sometimes support for weekend shifts needed) Thời gian linh động (có thể hỗ trợ làm ca cuối tuần khi có nhu cầu)
