Cabinet Installation Training & Support Manager: Seeking a motivated and self-directed candidate to join a growing team at Closets by Design Franchising. Candidate should have leadership skills and some woodworking experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; technical & operational training for new and existing Closets by Design Franchise locations in the area of installation of home improvement durable products. Will need to understand and be able to communicate the company philosophy around continuous improvement and quality standards. Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in wood/melamine cabinet installation (32mm environment). Must be computer literate and have basic knowledge working in Excel.
