Description Duties/Responsibilities:

　　• Receives and completes processing of all incoming loan documents.

　　• Reviews and proofreads documents for accuracy.

　　• Ensures loan validation documents are complete and valid according to policies and requirements set in regulation.

　　• Accurately prepares loan applications and supporting documents for underwriting.

　　• Answers incoming borrowers, co-borrowers, and lender calls, obtains reason for calls, and transfers calls to the appropriate business associates.

　　• Attends all meetings and training courses as required.

　　• Performs other related duties as assigned.

　　Required Skills/Abilities:

　　• Experience in the student lending field is preferred, but not necessary.

　　• Ability to multitask and work efficiently during high volume periods while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

　　• Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication, and conflict resolution skills.

　　• Possess decisiveness, demonstrated attention to detail, and sharp proofreading skills.

　　• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
