　　About MSIM China Multi-Asset Investment

　　MSIM China Multi-Asset Investment Division is a growing team. We use a top-down global macro approach and look across a variety of asset classes, including global stocks, bonds, currencies and commodities. Asset allocation and instrument selection are key steps to construct portfolios to meet the investment mandates.

　　Our independent investment teams are empowered to think differently and strive to provide investment excellence, diversity of perspective and a comprehensive suite of specialized investment solutions. With a focus on serving clients, these teams have access to deep resources to provide value-added services and support.

　　Training program

　　Summer Analysts experience the culture and atmosphere of Morgan Stanley Investment Management China (MSIM China) by taking on responsibilities of a Full Time Analyst for approximately 10 weeks in July to September 2024. Summer Analysts will attend a Firmwide orientation program and participate in an intensive division-specific training program.

　　Responsibilities

　　The roles and responsibilities of Summer Analysts vary but may include:

　　Developing investment ideas to fulfill certain return targets subject to specific risk tolerance Tracking and analyzing the factors driving the performance of assets Examining different instruments for each asset and screening out the ones fitting market environment Performing back test and data analysis for the investment hypothesis

　　Qualifications, Skills & Requirements

　　You are pursuing a bachelor's degree or with a graduation date between October 2024 and July 2025. STEM education background is preferred. You are ambitious, and self-directed with a strong work ethic and have good analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative. Preliminary ideas of equity, bond or other financial assets and investment experience is an advantage. Preferably have skills in data analysis and programming. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Possess the right to work in Mainland China
