　　• In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Niederlassungsleiter koordinierst, planst und bereitest du in der Region Basel unsere Modernisierungs- und Ersatzanlagenaufträge vor

　　• Du führst einen Gruppenleiter und Monteure

　　• Du bist die Ansprechperson deiner Monteure in technischen Fragen sowie bei den Sicherheitsrichtlinien

　　• Du unterstützt auch das Verkaufsteam bei technischen Fragen und stellst so eine professionelle Kundenbetreuung während des Modernisierungsprozesses sicher

　　• Du bist verantwortlich für die Einhaltung der Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsregeln sowie für das Handeln und Entscheiden nach der OTIS-Geschäftsethik

　　• Du führst Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsaudits durch und unterstützt die Ausbildung neuer Mitarbeitende

　　Was wir von dir erwarten

　　• Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung wie Elektromonteur:in, Polymechaniker:in, Automobilfachmann:frau oder ähnliches

　　• Wenn du bereits eine Weiterbildung wie zum Beispiel technische:r Kauffrau:mann absolvieren konntest und bereits einige Jahre Führungserfahrung in deinem persönlichen Rucksack mitbringst, ist das ein grosses Plus

　　• Aufzugserfahrung ist sehr gerne gesehen

　　• Du bist eine unternehmerisch denkende, lösungsorientierte und gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit grosser Eigeninitiative und starker Kundenorientierung

　　• Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent mit und behältst auch in hektischen Zeiten den Fokus im Auge
