We are looking for a full time Moll printing machine operator for our busy printing facility in Toronto.

　　You will be working on a Moll machine that is a folding and gluing machine combined into one machine. The machine folds the record sleeves and then glues them together to form the sleeve. You will be operating a Moll Regal machine.

　　Job duties:

　　• Operate, set up, and maintain folding and gluing machines necessary for producing products in accordance with customer specifications.

　　• Install the appropriate tools, blades, and folding devices to achieve the necessary folding and pre-breaking for the Product.

　　• Determine the proper positioning of the glue system(s) to ensure the correct final setup and functionality.

　　• Adjust controls to regulate the placement and timing of electronic glue systems.

　　• Continuously monitor the quality of production, while also ensuring that packers are performing their tasks as required.

　　• Consistently meet production schedule plan and attainment goals.

　　• Read work orders and production schedules to ensure compliance with customer specifications.

　　• Start and shut down machines, monitoring operations and restocking materials as needed.

　　• Always maintain cleanliness of equipment and the assigned production area.

　　• Adhere to company policies and procedures while working.

　　• Maintain constant visual oversight of parts produced and conduct visual quality control audits.

　　• Identify and report product malfunctions to the appropriate individuals.

　　• Collaborate with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.

　　• Aim for targeted reduction in waste across all forms (time, materials, labor).

　　• Effectively communicate with supervisors, managers, and other colleagues.

　　• Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader.

　　Moll machine operating experience

　　Marathon machine experience

　　Pay: $22-$23/hr based off experinece

　　Shift: Afternoon shift 3pm-11pm
