  A Typical Day

  As the Sales Call Center Representative , responsibilities will include performing key functions within the sales organization including conducting outbound calls to borrowers as well as proper routing of inbound customer calls to appropriate groups.

  The Sales Call Center Representative will:

  Perform high-volume of outbound calls to specific sales campaigns

  Answer inbound calls from potential borrowers in a timely manner and route calls appropriately

  Ensure data integrity and documentation within required systems

  Adhere to assigned schedule, meal and rest breaks

  Act in accordance Department Performance Expectations and demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

  Perform other related duties as required and assigned

  What You’ll Bring

  Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline driven environments

  Familiar with using Google G-Suite and Microsoft Office a plus

  Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently

  Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment

  Financial Services or mortgage industry experience preferred

  Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

  Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role

  Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role

  Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

  Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.

  Salary

  $37,000 - $48,000
