Job Title: Molding Set up Technician

Location: Bloomfield, IA

Position Type: Full-Time, Rotating Shifts (12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays)

Salary: $22.96/hour + Shift Premium

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and remove molds to produce quality parts.

Troubleshoot the molding process to resolve issues effectively.

Perform repairs, address oil and water leaks, and complete required documentation.

Execute material changes and measure parts accurately.

Provide break coverage for Molding Operators as needed.

Requirements:

Must pass all MOBI requirements/physicals (for forklifts and cranes) if not currently enrolled in the MOBI program.

Ability to operate assistive equipment such as forklifts, overhead hoists, and robotic arms.

Comfortable using QC measuring instruments and hand tools (knives, cutters, wrenches, etc.).

Safety Gear:

Required personal protective equipment includes hearing protection, eye protection, hard hats, steel-toed footwear, and other protective clothing as needed.Shifts:

12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Compensation:
