RESPONSIBLITIES AND DUTIES

　　Must have previous maintenance technician experience or experience performing a similar role.Must be able to perform essential job functions to include, Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic issues on equipment, processes and the facility equipment Work on repair orders as necessary as well as preventative maintenance orders as directedRepairs and maintains machines and auxiliary equipment using hand and power tools.Measures and visually inspects products for surface and dimension defects, using precision measuring instruments, to ensure conformance to specifications.Positions, aligns, and secures assembled moldsObserves and adjusts machine set up and operations to eliminate production of defective parts and products.Reads specifications to determine setup and prescribed temperature and time settings to mold, form, or plastic materials.Accuracy and attention to detail are requiredStrong commitment to quality and safetyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to follow written work instructionsAbility to work in a team environmentWork well under production pressuresMaintain good housekeepingRegular and predictable attendanceOther duties as assigned by the companyFollows company policies and proceduresInjection machinesand equipment should always be kept clean.*EDUCATION/EXPERIENCETechnical Degree/Certification OR related experienceAnalytical and troubleshooting skillsBe familiar with hydraulics, programmable controls, and electronics*
