　　Contribuir a que la empresa logre sus objetivos, manteniendo los moldes de inyección plástico en optimas condiciones de operación.

　　Realizar el mantenimiento a los moldes con más alta calidad y nivel de servicio para cumplir con el programa. 2. Solucionar problemas y fallas de los moldes en línea de producción para mejorar la eficiencia y evitar desperdicios. 3. Trabajar con seguridad método, precisión y disciplina para evitar accidentes y retrabajos para cumplir objetivos del área. 4. Atender solicitudes de trabajo de reparación y mantenimiento de moldes en el menor tiempo posible evitando paros. 5. Recuperar y seleccionar refacciones críticas para disminuir costos en los mantenimientos de los moldes.
