Our client, is looking for a mold room operator to join their team.

The Mold Room Operator provides various departmental support roles in the Mold Room and reports to the Department Foreman

Job Title: Mold room Operator

Location: Akron NY

Pay Range: $19-23 per hour

Days and Hours : Monday through Thursday, 9am-5:30pm and Friday 6am-2:30pm.

What’s the Job?

Operates the molding machines for production

Grinds rejected parts for recycling as appropriate

Inspects product to ensure compliance expectations as indicated by internal Quality instructions.

Expected to make in-process machine adjustments based on level of training

Interacts with the department Foreman to prioritize the daily workload

What’s Needed?

strong attention to detail and quality as well as excellent communication skills

Basic shop math skills

Ability to perform work of a repetitive nature

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Performs inventory counts as requested.
