Experis - A ManpowerGroup is currently engaged with one the industry leaders and we are assisting the hiring manager to identify a Sanitation Manager - Assistant.

　　Position Details:

　　Title: Sanitation Manager - Assistant

　　Location: Sterling Virginia

　　Duration: Full-time Direct Hire

　　Description:

　　Overnight Assistant Sanitation Manager will monitor and liaise with the third party sanitation company responsible for the cleaning of the plant production equipment and facility to meet food safety, customer quality and worker safety requirements.

　　EXPERIENCE:

　　•Experience with food production and sanitation.

　　•Overall knowledge of environmental monitoring practices.

　　•Knowledge and experience with pre-operational plant inspections.

　　•Knowledge of food manufacturing/production and sanitation practices.

　　•Experience with Third Party Service providers (Sanitation Services and Chemical providers).

　　•Basic understanding of Chemical Safety and SDS Sheets.

　　•Ability to analyze and do root cause analysis on issues.

　　•Must be knowledgeable in basic food Safety, GMPs, Allergens, HAACP, sanitation Chemicals.

　　•Must be willing to complete trainings, courses, certifications, and other material to further develop and stay current with changing laws and regulations.

　　•Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Understanding and basic knowledge of sanitation chemicals used in the cleaning process.

　　•Some understanding of food manufacturing process
