As a senior-principal level contributor, you will work with other engineering staff & team leaders to grow and capture our knowledge through engineering changes, lessons learned, insights, Agile retrospectives and product/process improvements in your area(s) of expertise. Finally, since cultural and behavioral principles are a special part of our SE (Systems Engineering) organization, we are also looking for team players who will support our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
The successful candidate will have direct experience leading mid-size Modeling and Simulation (M&S) teams responsible for end-to-end performance predictions, requirements sell-off and trades studies at the subsystem and system levels. Hands on experience with non-real time/ real time simulation environments and M&S of sensor/seeker subsystems for missile/munition applications are requirements for this position. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on high performance teams supporting programs of national significance.
Duties and Responsibilities may include:
Performing mission simulation to determine mission effectiveness.
Performing engagement simulation using MATLAB, Simulink and/or other tools.
Performing modeling and simulation studies that optimize mission performance for weapon systems across the air, land, sea, and cyber domains.
