　　Qualcomm’s ML applications and systems team in Bangalore is looking for developers at various experience levels for developing AI stack and tools for its cloud and edge accelerator products. The team aims to develop industry leading AI inference software solutions and tools across cloud, Connected Intelligent Edge use cases that spans across AI frameworks, runtimes and deployment scenarios to provide best-in-class AI software offerings. The team focusses on efficient AI inferencing by research and development of graph optimization methods, advanced quantization and compression techniques, algorithms that can make the best tradeoffs between performance, accuracy, latency and power.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

　　OR

　　Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

　　OR

　　PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.

　　• 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

　　Excellent analytical, development, and debugging skills

　　Hands-on experience in ML/AI tools development involving Deep Learning frameworks like Keras, TensorFlow, ONNX, PyTorch, Caffe/Caffe2, etc…

　　Understanding of model architectures of various CV, NLP and LLMs

　　Strong understanding and experience in working on inference software like graph optimization, Quantization, pruning and compression techniques etc. is a plus

　　Understanding of performance and accuracy metrics for different class of neural NWs

　　Hands-on Experience with Object Orientated Design, design patterns

　　Strong python / C++ implementation skills (Skill level > 7/10)

　　Strong in Data structures & Algorithms (Skill level > 7/10)

　　Desirable Skills and Aptitudes

　　Experience with GPUs, machine learning accelerators and related software is a plus

　　Knowledge of ML compilers like TVM, GLOW, XLA is a plus

　　Knowledge of machine learning runtimes like ONNX Runtime, Pytorch and TF runtimes is a plus

　　Hands on use of version control tools like GIT, GITHUB

　　Qualifications

　　· Bachelor's / Masters/ PHD degree in Engineering, Machine learning/ AI, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

　　· 6 – 8 years Software Engineering or related work experience.
