　　Our Advanced Practice Provider will have their own patient panel and clinical responsibilities to include all ages, wellness, and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to candidate's interest.

　　Minimum Requirements:

　　New grads welcome

　　DEAwith prescriptive authority required

　　FNP or PA designation with WY license eligibility

　　Patient-focused, friendly, and willing to collaborate in a team environment

　　Some additional details about the position:

　　Outpatient clinic only

　　Flexible Scheduling: M-F, no call, occasional Saturday

　　Neighborhood clinic treating all ages

　　Average patient volume: 16-20/day

　　Medical Assistants, Front Office, and leadership support

　　Support of an integrated system including specialists, urgent care, and more!
