As a CACI-SOAS USAREUR-AF TMISS Task Order Mission Integrator you will support US Army Europe/Africa G2 and other Intelligence related mission partners, as a key team member of a complex program that provides professional services in support of advisory and analysis efforts associated with Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF)) mission areas.
You will be a member of a team that supports the Intelligence Directorate of the Army Component Command of both the US European Command and US Africa Command.
More About the Role:
As a CACI SOAS USAREUR-AF TMISS Task Order Mission Integrator you will embed at Clay Kaserne in Wiesbaden, Federal Republic of Germany and may travel within both theaters as required, to perform services at locations within the USEUCOM or US AFRICOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.
These positions are contingent upon SOFA approval or commensurate work-Visa requirements at the primary place of duty. Employee must be willing to work shifts, overtime, and/or deploy to austere or hostile fire zones as required.
Other duties will include but are not limited to:
Initiates new requirement process; organizes and implements program methodologies; ensures inputs are coordinated from functional and technical personnel.
Supervises and executes program management operational functions to include all meetings, reviews, and status reports.
Prepares and submits operational status reports to facilitate program management’s situational awareness of MOP/MOE, training gaps, and un-forecasted resource requirements.
Controls the contractor deployment process to resolve operational issues in the deployed force.
Coordinates with the Deployment and Travel Coordinator to ensure seamless delivery of deployable assets to meet operational requirements and ensure visibility of travel issues.
Supports submission of the TO package to the Department of Defense (DoD) Contractor Personnel Office (DOCPER) to initiate the Articles 72 and 73 approval processes.
Maintains technical certification and qualification matrixes and informs TOPM of strengths, deficiencies, and potential change requirements.
Ensures training requirements are fulfilled by all contract personnel and provides training when needed.
Serves as the Mission Integration Cell Chair to synch program requirements and support the integration and coordination of intelligence activities across TMISS.
Supports G2 initiatives, activities, priorities and projects; promotes information and knowledge sharing across the USAREUR-AF formation.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, PRINCE2 certification, or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
Bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited academic institution or military school.
A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing a DoD program similar in scope and complexity to this TO.
Current and active TS/SCI clearance
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
A minimum of five (5) years’ experience working with intelligence services support, intelligence technologies, intelligence life cycle, or military operations.
A minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a site lead and/or managing intelligence analysis, operations and planning, security support, and information systems operation, maintenance, and sustainment, in both garrison and non-garrison (i.e., austere) environments.
A minimum of five (5) years’ experience managing performance-based line of efforts and/or programs with multiple OCONUS performance locations.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$82,100 - 172,400 USD
