About Mill Operator (Temp-to-Hire)

　　We have an ongoing need for a Mill Operator role in Monroe, MI. This position is temp-to-hire. Two shifts available.

　　Mill Operator responsible for machine set ups and quality. Maintains correct production reports. 

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Operate Production machineryPerform equipment change-over'sComplete Pre-Shift/start up equipment inspectionResponsible for quality control. Make adjustments as necessary to produce product within specifications. Reject product outside specifications.Operate within standard operation procedures (SOPs} and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).Complete daily production logs.Clean and maintain work area.Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.Other duties as assigned.
