　　Lead, UX UI Designer 

　　We are seeking a Lead UX/UI Designer with Unity design experience to join our team! 　　Who You Are

　　Take ownership of medium-sized projects and ensure all work is delivered on time and to the highest standards. 

　　Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to develop and refine concepts. 

　　Mentor and guide junior designers as needed 

　　Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques. 

　　Must-Have Qualifications

　　Create high-quality user interfaces and user experiences for Unity's products and services.

　　Basic understanding of Unity engine and its capabilities.

　　Ability to communicate with senior leaders and be client-facing

　　Flexible and adaptable to learning new technology and platforms

　　Experience creating user interfaces and user experiences for desktop, mobile, XR, cloud, and web applications.

　　Bachelor's degree in graphic design, user experience, human-computer interaction, or related field.

　　Minimum of 5+ years experience as a UX/UI designer.

　　Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and other designers to achieve project goals. 

　　Contribute to developing best practices and standards for UX/UI designers. 

　　Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

　　Nice to Haves

　　Experience working in an organization going through IPO

　　This position will be remote

　　Open to candidates outside of Canada but can work PST/EST time zone

　　Compensation

　　The typical salary range for this position is: CAD $70K - $90K annually. Salary offered will be based on skills, experience, and market data.
