We are looking for a Mill CNC Machinist Setup/Operator.

　　Candidate must:

　　Be able to setup and operate CNC machinesBe familiar with manufacturing components from a large variety of material.Have proficient CNC machining skills (setup and tooling knowledge).Be able to read and interpret blueprints and follow instruction.Be mechanically inclined and able to work with your hands.Be able to preform quality checks.Have an understanding of measuring tools.Have an understanding of CNC "G" and "M" codes and tool offsets.Have basic HS level math skills, including ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, and to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.Have a minimum of (2) years experience machining parts in a job shop or contract manufacturing environment.Education Required:

　　High school diploma with preferably some additional formal education and experience in a manufacturing environment.

　　Personal Characteristics:

　　Hands-on individual exhibiting a strong work ethic, intelligence, and a positive, motivating presence.Excellent communication skills.The willingness to help out with other responsibilities as necessary.Must be highly motivated, results oriented, and driven.Compensation:

　　*This position pays a base salary commensurate with experience. Rates may be higher for a qualified candidate that is able to program CNC machines. *
