This position will be responsible for providing a suite of officeadministrative support activities, office management and communication,onboarding employees, travel logistics coordination, event and regionalgroup support and coordination, local and regional staff meeting support andcoordination, document production and mailing, organizing project recordsand files, inventorying and purchasing office supplies, expense andinvoice reconciliation, and other tasks as necessary.
In addition, the position will also focus on supporting health and safetycompliance tasks, safety certifications and training, safety supplymanagement and inventory, the efficient deployment and safe return of ourfield staff. Duties will include supporting the Logistics Specialist withorganizing field equipment, scheduling vehicle fleet maintenance, and anyother logistics related tasks as necessary.Experience and qualifications for success
REQUIREDMinimum of a High School diploma (or GED equivalent)Minimum of two (2) years of experience in office management,logistics, or administrative assistance experience.Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills with theability to represent the company in a professional manner and meet tightdeadlines in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office applications including Teams,Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Must have a current and valid drivers license.Must be able to run office errands with minimal notice during business hours.Willingness to jump into various types of tasks and learn new things tosupport our team as needs ariseExperience with scheduling and meeting coordination.Ability to write and communicate clearly.Strong customer service approach and problem-solving ability.PREFERREDExperience working for an environmental consulting, engineering orconstruction firm.Experience with other software applications such as Adobe Acrobat.Experience with Deltek Vision or other CRM software; experience withSharePoint.Budget tracking, reporting, or equivalent experience.
