Description

　　We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The Accounts Payable Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, maintaining compliance with financial policies, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

　　Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification, coding, and data entry into the accounting system.

　　Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

　　Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to address payment inquiries and resolve issues.

　　Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts payable.

　　Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with nonprofit financial policies and procedures.

　　Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions.

　　Support the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and information.

　　Requirements

　　Previous experience in accounts payable or a related finance role.

　　Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

　　Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

　　Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

　　Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
