We engage those we serve, our colleagues and ourcommunity with respect, compassion and acceptance Under the supervisionof the Group Care Program Manager, the Milieu Supervisor (MS) overseesthe day-to-day operations of the Rivers Bend Campus (RBC) in accordancewith Norris policies, protocols, and procedures, licensing requirements,placing agency expectations and best practice standards. The MS ensureshall services address youth needs according to their personalized plans(i.e., treatment, learning, etc.), helps employees implement traumainformed principles, uses and teaches de-escalation techniques, andserves as an overall resource for programs and leadership team. The MSdirectly supervises the Youth Care Specialists. The MS has primaryLeader on Duty (LOD) and medication administration responsibilities on aroutine basis. The MS ensures sensitivity to the ethnic and culturaldiversity of youth, families and employees while effectivelycommunicating and promoting the philosophy, goals, policies, andprocedures of Norris. The MS position requires the individual to work aflexible schedule in order to support the needs of programs andunderstands that their schedule is subject to change to meet theprogram\'s evolving needs at any time, including nights, weekends andholidays. Bachelor\'s Degree required: Degree in social or behavioralscience preferred. May consider an Associates Degree with a minimum of 7years relevant experience.
