　　A reputable construction company in Birmingham AL is looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to add to their growing team. The Contract Administrator will provide administrative support to project managers by tracking and reviewing of contracts and other documents throughout all project phases. Specific duties will include:

　　Assist in drafting subcontracts, purchase order agreements, and other forms of contracts.

　　Ensure all required documentation is in place

　　Manage progress for all contracts.

　　Administration of subcontract payment applications

　　Monitor reporting of sub-contract performance.

　　Help ensure procurement activities and contracts are prioritized
