DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:Summary:As a Mid to Senior Level Structural Engineer , analysis, and execution of complex structural projects. You will leverage your extensive experience to provide technical expertise , mentor junior team members, and contribute to the overall success of our projects.
Your Role:* Lead the development of advanced structural designs, calculations, and analyses for a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and codes.* Utilize STADD to perform detailed structural analyses and provide innovative solutions.* Take a lead role in managing and overseeing structural engineering projects, from conceptualization to completion.* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.* Engage with clients to understand project requirements, present technical solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.* Contribute to business development efforts by participating in client meetings, proposal preparation, and networking activities.* Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of structural designs and documentation.* Stay abreast of industry advancements and changes in building codes, integrating them into project designs.* Provide on-site support during construction, addressing any structural issues and collaborating with construction teams to ensure project success.* Conduct periodic site visits to assess construction progress and resolve technical challenges.
Qualifications:* Bachelor's in Civil or Structural Engineering with 5 + years of related experience in structural engineering.* Professional Engineer (PE) license is required .* 5+ years of progressive experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.* Proficiency in advanced structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro ).* Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and industry best practices.* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.* A Pre-employment drug screening in compliance with state regulations is required.* Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions.
