About Mid-Market Account Executive, Uber for Business Portugal

Our sales team builds strong relationships with our clients, and helps them build successful travel programs to improve the experiences of their employees and guests. Help us bring modern ground transportation management to businesses around the globe.

  About the Role

  Uber for Business has rapidly expanded and is positioned to be the next growth engine for Uber. We are looking for highly motivated and self-driven individuals, with a clear passion (and resourcefulness) for growing strategic partnerships for Uber. The Account Executives who own a vertical on this team will be responsible for developing the full strategy in their assigned vertical

  What You'll Do

  Drive partnerships and sales of the Uber for Business platform, services, and solutions to target prospect companies through strategic conversations at all levels within these organizationsPrepare a go-to market plan and sales strategy; prospect potential clients and conduct rigorous follow-ups to close dealsImplement and launch Uber for Business with clients and ensure strong and consistent ridershipConduct needs analysis to uncover cross-selling opportunitiesPlan and execute sales strategy and provide consistent and accurate forward-looking analysisProbe for objections, remove obstacles, and eliminate barriers to gain commitmentMaintain the customer relationship and grow the businessWork with customers (new and prospective) to pilot new feature roll outsParticipate in periodic team reviews and updates on business progress, best practice sharing etc.Create documents like process playbooks, performance trackers etc.

  Basic Qualifications

  At least 3 years of new business development, consulting, B2B or technology sales experienceEnglish and Portuguese language proficiencyBachelor's degree required

  Sincere, meticulous, adaptable, and dedicated team-player who gets energy from building businessesYou're a self-starter and take initiative to seize opportunities: The Uber for Business team is evolving every day and requires highly motivated independent individual who will be responsible for all aspects of business in their marketDemonstrated ability to prioritize selling activities and follow through in a timely fashionAbility to negotiate pricing with a focus on retaining valueExperience with Salesforce

  Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity. Unless formally approved to work fully remotely, Uber expects employees to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office.
