MID - HUMINT Targeting Specialist
Position Summary
DarkStar is seeking a HUMINT Targeting Specialist for a Full-Time position located in AUAB, Qatar. This role requires a TS/SCI security clearance, and applicants must be U.S. Citizens. It is an OCONUS/On-Site position.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain knowledge of host nation and third-country intelligence services.
Monitor and analyze state-sponsored and terrorist group threats.
Fuse intelligence from various sources to identify threats, trends, and attack details.
Manage collection by evaluating field reports on terrorist organizations and relationships.
Assist in developing target packages to protect DAF resources.
Prepare briefings on coordination among hostile groups.
Coordinate with military and national-level agencies.
Ensure strict compliance with security classification for all products.
Provide onsite/offsite support in CENTCOM AOR as needed.
Conduct timely reviews of CRs and intelligence information reports.
Review SOMM database profiles for discrepancies and updates.
Maintain compliance with ICD and AFOSI standards.
Review CI2MS activities and utilize governing documents.
Deliver error-free products with proper source citations.
Minimum Qualifications
3 years of recent field experience in HUMINT or counterintelligence operations.
1 year of recent comprehensive analytical support for counterintelligence, counterterrorism, or HUMINT operations.
Graduate of in-residence post-initial training for counterintelligence, HUMINT, or source handling operations (e.g., Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or JCITA courses).
Strong writing and briefing skills, capable of effective communication within joint intelligence teams.
Knowledge of guiding regulations including DCHE-M and Central Command Regulation 381-16.
Recent experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access), Analyst Notebook, SIPR/JWICS Access, M3 or equivalent, SOMM, Proton or equivalent, Intellink, CIDNE, CIA WIRE, HOT-R or CHROME, NCTC Online, and J2 DCP Portal on JWICS.
Familiarity with AFOSI/CI2MS is desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in international affairs, national security studies, Arabic studies, international business, international terrorism, trends and analysis, intelligence/counterintelligence or other related fields
Southwest Asian regional expertise.
