System One has partnered with a well-established company in Tulsa, OK, in their search for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee the Accounts Payable team, manage expense accounts and budget reports, and direct processing of invoicing and payments. 　　Responsibilities:

　　Analyze expense reports and invoices for accuracy.

　　Verify payments by reviewing checks and vouchers prior to submitting to Controller for signature.

　　Oversee cash flow reports, budget reports, and purchase journals, ensuring correct payments are made in a timely manner.

　　Develop and provide guidelines for proper handling and coding of invoices.

　　Reconcile AP total and GL with other applicable records.

　　Ensure records of purchases are properly kept for use in tax preparation and audits.

　　Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing potential employees and assisting with performance evaluations.

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　Requirements:

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration with at least one year of professional experience in accounting preferred. If not degreed, must have at least three years of accounting experience with two of those years being in a managerial or supervisory role.

　　Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.

　　Experience in SAP strongly preferred.

　　Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as supervisory, organizational, and analytical skills.

　　Familiarity with invoice automation software is a plus.
