　　As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:

　　Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in the hotel's operation and maintenance department.

　　Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.

　　Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and determine appropriate solutions.

　　Repair or replace faulty components, such as motors, compressors, and thermostats.

　　Install and connect HVAC systems, including ductwork, pipes, and wiring.

　　Test and adjust HVAC system performance to ensure optimal efficiency and comfort.

　　Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.

　　Assist in maintaining inventory of HVAC supplies and equipment.

　　Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times.

　　Respond to emergency HVAC calls as needed.

　　Collaborate with other technicians to complete HVAC projects.

　　Assist in training and providing guidance to junior technicians.

　　Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:

　　High school diploma or equivalent.

　　Previous experience in HVAC maintenance or related field.

　　Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, codes, and safety practices.

　　Familiarity with HVAC tools and equipment.

　　Ability to read and interpret HVAC schematics and blueprints.

　　Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

　　Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.

　　Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

　　Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

　　EPA HVAC certification (preferred).
