  What you get to do in this role:

  The Solution Consulting (pre-sales) organization is a vital and well-respected part of the sales eco-system at ServiceNow who are expected to deliver spectacular interactions and experiences with customers and also internally, with a focus on performance and continual improvement.

  Job Description:

  We are seeking a motivated, strategic, hands-on Solution Consulting leader to inspire and lead a team of early-in-career Solution Consultants. This leader will be responsible for developing a team, ensuring pre-sales execution, coaching customer success strategies, and collaborating on projects to improve the Digital early-in-career program. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally as a partner to Digital Sales leadership, the broader SC organization, specialist and industry teams, and more.

  Responsibilities:

  · Understand the goals of the regional Digital sales organization and develop plans to ensure outstanding partnership in those goals.

  · Develop team members according to the demands of the business and according to their individual professional goals.

  · Assign resources to sales territories, accounts, and opportunities, and consistently evaluate progress and performance against goals.

  · Develop and deploy team training curriculums to meet the changing demands of the organization.

  · Evaluate and coach team members regularly through analysis of direct observation, peer feedback, and sales feedback.

  · Ensure proper alignment of resources and effective utilization of skill sets within the assigned region.

  · Manage day-to-day activities such as resource scheduling conflicts, expense review and approval, activity reporting, etc.

  · Take initiative on improving the Digital program, sales processes, and customer success, and collaborating across teams to achieve improvement in these areas.

  To be successful in this role you have:

  · A passion for working with early-in-career professionals.

  · Strong pre-sales experience as an individual contributor and leader, preferably at ServiceNow.

  · Thought leadership in methods and techniques for effective pre-sales activities and customer success.

  · Experience coaching and developing early-in-career individuals, as well as senior individual contributors.

  · Ability to lead people, process and systems development.

  · Understanding of how to gain and build relationship and trust quickly inside and outside of the Digital SC organization.

  · A tactical oriented mindset with long term alignment, understanding of outcomes, and the ability to flex and shift as needed.

  · Strong understanding of ServiceNow sales and engagement process and business value

  · Ability to clearly articulate the power and value of the ServiceNow platform
