  What you will be doing

  PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Partner with HR leadership to execute HR strategies in alignment with key business goals and overall organization strategies.Partner with Center leadership to identify human resources solutions to help achieve targeted business outcomes.Provide professional consultation and support to management and employees in areas such as benefits, payroll, compensation, labor management, diversity, and organizational effectiveness through a collaborative partnership with corporate supportBuild performance-based relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams.Assess and articulate opportunities for change initiatives that will positively influence business operations and results.Consult with business leadership to properly apply organizational policies, programs, and procedures to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local lawsSupport and drive initiatives that enhance the employee experience, culture and performance of center.Ensure fair and complete resolution to employee relations issues, considering all risk and liability to the organization leveraging the appropriate resources for support, when needed.

  EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree Program or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years directly related and progressively responsible experience; HR experience preferred.

  MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing (English is working business language)Adept at handling sensitive and confidential situations Strong interpersonal skills Excellent presentation skills Strong analytical skills Strong organizational skills; attention to detail Ability to resolve associate issues quickly and efficiently Familiarity with local Labor Law, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits Ability to represent a positive and professional imageStrong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and OutlookAbility to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices
