  What you will be doing

  The most important task is the management of customer service. The owner of the position ensures that the employees can work on the best foundations so that the overarching goal of customer satisfaction is always achieved. For this, the work processes in customer service must be constantly analysed and adjusted if necessary.

   PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Optimization of customer service quality and services offered for maximum customer satisfactionEnsuring efficient use of existing equipment and available instrumentsEnsuring operational capability of the department is warranted all the timeImplementation of training courses, instructions (onboarding) for new team membersPersonnel planning and vacation planning for team membersIntegration of all new relevant and applicable regulations and guidelines into operational proceduresOptimization of productivity through corrective and improvement measures

  What your background should look like

  At least 5 years in relevant logistics backgroundAt least 2 years of leadership experienceFull fluency in German and good English skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of empathy to be both motivator and mentorExperience with lean management would be an advantage
