　　About the Opportunity – MEP Project Manager

　　We have an exciting opportunity at NEOM Site for a MEP Project Manager. You will be responsible for leading on-site field construction activities of major projects, often involving multiple units. More specifically, you will provide direction, leadership, administrative and technical direction for The Line MEP team. You will coordinate overall MEP related delivery requirements with the Client, users, and other program entities, and provide site support in conformance to project standards and specifications.

　　You will be oversee the Project Team Leaders and allocated resources to the assigned projects to ensure that the program goals and objectives are achieved. You will provide the Utilities-MEP Director with a consolidated view of the performance and progress of all projects, timely alerts and escalates the issues when necessary to avoid deviation from Delivery strategy. Represents the Utilities-MEP Director as required. Key responsibilities include:

　　Oversees and directs construction projects from conception to completion/ handover

　　Oversees all onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.

　　Establishes assignments for Construction Management team for various work areas of construction operations, monitoring progress and recommending corrective action as necessary.

　　Manages contractor’s/ subcontractor’s manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize project efficiency, maintain schedules, and meet budgetary goals as appropriate.

　　Anticipates and resolves various problems such as changes in scope, slippage of schedules, and budget overruns.

　　Ensures that critical milestones are met for each phase of the project.

　　Ensures the use of sound construction practices to attain required quality control at the maximum efficiency and minimum cost.

　　Prepares periodic reports summarizing progress of construction activities for higher level management and clients, including formal presentations.

　　Ensures effective implementation of all Company and client policies and procedures, including labor relations policies.

　　Serves as the primary contact with client representatives, subcontractors, and government representatives for construction-related activities.

　　Maintains strong client, contractor, supplier, and stakeholder relations, including making presentations as appropriate.

　　Determines budget estimate updates and staffing requirements for the defined scope and schedule.

　　Conducts performance evaluations and recommends promotions and salary actions.

　　Coordinates with the Project Controls/ Planning team to ensure activities for MEP Materials are integrated with interfacing packages and supplier production and delivery to the Project site is per schedule.

　　Coordinates with the Project Procurement team to ensure procurements are in accordance with design and construction delivery strategies for MEP Materials and suitable for constructability/installation at site.

　　Coordinates with the Project Engineered Design team to ensure DFMA & MMC concepts are implemented design packages, as well as equipment suppliers and integrators for site implementation.

　　Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

　　Here’s what you’ll need :

　　Established track record with PMC and Main Contractors would be a suitable background.

　　Requires widely diversified knowledge of utilities/ MEP construction related processes and industry practices.

　　Demonstrated effective managerial capability on construction projects of comparable scope and complexity is also required, as well as excellent written and oral communications skills.

　　Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction-Management related field (or equivalent construction-related work experience).

　　Minimum 15 years of direct experience in the consultancy and construction of mega-scale MEP projects is required, with 10 years of experience in design review, project management & consultancy work in the delivery of large MEP Projects.
