JOB REQUIREMENTS: Professional Services Group is hiring Licensed andIn-Training Licensed Mental Health Therapists for our new WaukeshaClinic location. PSG strivesto provide quality mental health services to clients who aren\'t alwaysable to access them. We are trauma-informed and approach all clients,employees, stakeholders, etc. through this lens. We strive to create andmaintain a supportive culture while going above and beyond for ourclients. These positions work with individuals with mental, emotional orsubstance abuse problems. Therapists provide assessment and therapyservices to both youth and families participating in agency programs aswell as referrals from a variety of sources (i.e. physicians, courts,schools, social service agencies, etc.). We hire fully licensedtherapists, as well as those working to gather the hours necessary forfull licensure. We provide the supervision necessary for licensure, andgive our licensed therapists additional group supervision time forcollaboration and support. The schedule for all positions is flexible,but does require some evening hours to accommodate client schedules. Themajority of our therapeutic services are being provided via telehealth.Our part-time therapists are paid hourly for all hours worked, includingfor supervision and other company meetings. Come join our team and serveyour community! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR THERAPISTS: Interview andevaluate children and families to complete the intake process. Assessthe therapeutic needs of clients and complete formal assessments andformulate, implement, evaluate and review client treatment plans.Provide psychotherapy in accordance with treatment plans. Demonstrateknowledge and skill in addressing family system, mental health,parenting, and alcohol/drug issues through individual, family, or groupcounseling. Provide thorough and accurate updates on clients and makeappropriate recommendations in regular and special staffings. Coordinateservices and maintain communication with all service providers involvedwith the clients. OFFICE LOCATION & HOURS: Position is based in ourWaukesha, WI office. Hours will vary, typically Monday-Friday between9:00am to 6:00pm. Hybrid model with some time spent at the office andflexibility to work remote.
