　　The Mental Health Technician I provides direct patient care to psychiatric patients under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Provides ongoing monitoring and observation of patients to ensure safety and wellbeing.

　　Promotes communication and therapeutic relationships with patients.

　　Assists with physical care under the direction of an RN.

　　Requirements:

　　BLS (Basic Life Support)

　　High School or Equivalent

　　FL Driver's License

　　Preferred - Associate's in Healthcare/Psychology

　　Preferred - CNA/PCT
